Support
3.5 million people in the UK are affected by subfertility and yet it is not unusual to feel alone. At IVF Matters we have a team of specialists and we will do our best to support you.
Coping With subfertility
Undergoing fertility diagnostics and treatment can be an emotional roller coaster. It’s best to find a way to cope with the stress. Most women find speaking to a counsellor very comforting. Others resort to activities such as acupuncture, swimming and reading. Support from a “fertility friend” who you may find on an online forum may be equally helpful.
