Genetic tests to screen for more than 300 genes eg Cystic Fibrosis, Sickle Cell Disease, Thalassemia.

Who should have the test?

This is a comprehensive genetic carrier screen for reproductive planning, and for those with failed IVF treatments and recurrent miscarriages.

  • *If you plan to attend our walk-in centre, your sample will be collected by our staff and you will not need the kit sent out to you or posted back to us
Can IVF Matters assist with a blood draw outside London?

Yes. Our laboratory works in collaboration with the Superdrug Nurse Clinic. Call 0333 3111 007 once you receive your test kit to book an appointment at a clinic close to where you live. Take your personal ID and the test kit with you. A fee of £30 will be charged by the Superdrug clinic. 

Who will analyse the sample?

The Doctors Laboratory, UK’s leading laboratory service.

How long will it take to get the results?

Up to 14 working days.

How will the results be sent?

Via an email link to our secure patient portal.
