Your first step is to select a package based on your personal circumstances. You will then be sent an online questionnaire along with the confirmation of your video consultation. Our specialist will have a detailed discussion at the appointment and will plan your next steps. She will also assist you in booking your subsequent tests. A complimentary follow-up consultation will be offered to discuss the outcome of your test results, to answer any further questions and to firm up a treatment plan.

Female age is one of the biggest predictors of outcome and we aim to help you reach a diagnosis in under four weeks. You can then take your test results to your NHS GP or continue further treatment with us.

You will be offered an ultrasound scan at one of our 80 recommended ultrasound clinics across the UK, close to where you live.

Yes. Our laboratory collaborates with the Superdrug Nurse Clinic. Call 0333 3111 007 once you receive your test kit to book an appointment at a clinic near you. Take your personal ID and the test kit with you. The Superdrug clinic will charge a fee of £30;

Those of you who live in London can attend our walk-in centre in the Harley Street area.

Alternatively, you can get your blood drawn at a local pharmacy. You will need to pay the blood collection fee directly to the pharmacy. Please take your test kit to the appointment and ensure the vial is labelled with your full name and DOB before returning it with the test form. Email us on day 1 of your cycle (day 1 is the day when your full flow starts), even if it is a weekend.

IVF Matters is the 1^st fertility service in the UK to offer interest-free payment plans for diagnostic tests. We offer Buy Now Pay Later payment plans using Humm.

Humm lets you spread the total cost over 12 monthly payments. The first payment, equal to 1/12 of the purchase price, occurs once your order is completed. The remaining 11 payments are processed each month on the day of the original purchase. Selecting Humm at checkout will allow you to register for an account.

How do I opt for this service?
